Island House Condos are
located at Crescent Beach FL, about 10 miles south of St.
Augustine Beach. There are a total of 60 individual
condominium units. Our condo is a two level condo or
townhouse with two bedrooms and two baths. It's direct
oceanfront condo so there are outstanding views of Crescent
Beach. This condo comes fully furnished including all linens, dishes, sheets, etc.
There are four recliners,
loveseat,couch, 3 TV's, DVD, VCR, pool, tennis and shuffleboard.
Just outside your door is the beach or the pool. If you get
tired of the beach then check out historic Saint Augustine
or go fishing at the Matanzas Inlet State Park. If you like
to shop there lot of stores out near the interstate 95 about
15 minutes away. If you want to go a little farther Disney
World and Daytona Beach are only a short drive. |
